If you make use of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS server and all the tasks running on it. In this way you’ll have much more time for your web sites or applications.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of all your data is vital – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services package, you will take advantage of every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you having to install or configure anything. What’s more the backups are always retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard drives. This implies that your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup on your part. This is where our Optional Admin Services option will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our expert server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him fix a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
